SBG has worked with a variety of clients, from start-ups to spinoffs to longstanding institutions. She has also advised financial institutions dealing with properties. As a registered vendor with West Virginia state government, Sonia counts public and private entities among her clients.

Here is a list of current and/or past clients:

West Virginia Veterans Nursing Facility, Clarksburg

Sonia joined the effort to get West Virginia’s first Veteran's Nursing Facility open and running. In addition to being the licensed administrator for the facility in Clarksburg, Sonia shepherded the nursing home through state licensure and federal VA certification. This was the first nursing facility to be licensed by the state in more than 10 years and it was the first Veteran’s nursing home for West Virginia.

Morgantown SNF Acquisitions (owner of Mapleshire Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Morgantown)

Sonia advised Morgantown SNF Acquisitions on an operational plan for Mapleshire Nursing and Rehabilitation Center to operate as a separate, standalone institution following its spinoff from Monongalia General Hospital. She identified some of the drivers needed such as the policies and procedures, human resources and development of short and long term strategic plan.

Monongahela Valley Bank, Fairmont

When MVB found itself with an assisted living center in receivership, it turned to Sonia for assistance in evaluation and short-term operation of the facility as a decision was made whether the institution remained a viable business enterprise.

West Virginia Therapy Services, Bridgeport

Sonia is helping WV Therapy Services build an operational infrastructure to hold the growth that it will sustain in achieving its vision to be the premier contracted therapy company in the market.
